Organizations. This project is hosted by The Monitor Group, a family of professional service firms, headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Many employees of the Group have contributed to it. Most of the work was conducted by two members of the Group, Global Business Network and Monitor Institute.
Team. This project was initiated and led by Katherine Fulton, a Monitor Group partner. Andrew Blau, a Global Business Network practitioner, was a full partner in shaping its content. Two independent consultants—Gabriel Kasper and Andy Goodman—contributed key pieces of content.
